"Alchemy" is a depiction of a dusty morning sky over the ocean. It portrays the warmth and comfort the sunrise brings us

each day. The sunrise offers us an opportunity for a fresh start, new perspectives and a clear mind each day.

"Alchemy" is the seemingly magical process of creation or transformation. I see every morning's sunrise as a transmutation of

energy, in a purely magical way. It has the power to completely transform our way of being, our energy and mindset.

What "Head Above Water" means to me, is doing the little things each and every day that contributes to a clear, happy,

healthy mind. For me, that is starting the day right: enjoying a coffee with my loved ones, whilst watching the sunrise at Curly,

does wonders for my mental health.
