Kellie Robinson

In February 2020, I embarked on a photography journey. This new hobby rekindled my creative passion and interest in plants, animals and the habitats they live in.

Spending time photographing birds and flowers on beautiful national park trails sparked my desire to return to painting.

I have loved painting and drawing from a young age, and this passion led me to work in creative fields, animation as a first job and later textile design; I also hold a Billy Blue graphic design diploma.

Using my own photographs as reference,I create artworks of Australian native flora and fauna depicting rich natural colours and intricate details. Currently, oils are my preferred medium.

I feel my photography and artworks blend as one, where photographs have an artistic appeal, and the artworks have a photographic resemblance.
