Anna Davi

Creativity has always been in Anna’s life, having drawn and painted during her school years. Art took a back seat upon gaining a B.A. in Professional Writing and Visual Communication, as Anna commenced a busy 25-year career in publishing as a Graphic Designer and Art Director.

A break from working in 2022 allowed Anna the space to bring art back to the fore. Completing the Art2Life Creative Visionary Program in 2023 was a major turning point, igniting Anna’s passion for experimenting and launching her artistic journey with gusto.

Anna is now fully focused on creating art. She is attracted to depicting birds, animals and the human form using acrylic paint and mixed media. She loves adding realistic details to engage the viewer and express the key nature of the subject. Then, freely applied brush and pencil work and unexpected colours shuffle the everyday, inviting the viewer to fill in details in their own way.
