Andrew Duffin

Andrew is an artist based on the northern beaches of Sydney. He studied architecture, where he learned a love for the natural and built environment. Andrew’s favourite medium is watercolour. His art shows a mix of delicate transparency and bold gestures. His works cut through complexity to capture the essence of place. People connect with his interpretive solid style, translating expansive moments into immersive landscapes, seascapes, and urbanscapes.

The last 12 months have been about achieving success and connections through exhibiting work in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and regional NSW. Acknowledgement has also come in the form of art prize awards. For Andrew, it has been sharing the joy of creating the essence of place.
