Ally Proudlock

I grew up in Wheeler Heights on Sydney's Northern Beaches and I now live in North Narrabeen with my family. Residing on the beaches I was always surrounded with natural beauty, from the water, coastlines, bushland and wildlife.

I have always enjoyed being creative and crafty and painting is a creative avenue that I love. Whether it's landscapes, water, wildlife or still life, I love capturing a scene or a moment in a picture.

When you can see the movement in a painting, the mood, the light at a certain time of day, the beauty in small details, to me these are the best things about visual art. I enjoy the process of creating a painting and watching it slowly come to life.
