In Waterfall, Rachel Keirnan presents a maximalist explosion of color and form, capturing the frenetic, life-giving energy of a hidden garden spring. The work is a rhythmic tapestry where the boundaries between flora and water blur into a singular, ecstatic movement.

Keirnan’s brushwork is restless and joyful. She utilizes dripping white pigments to simulate the downward rush of water, which cascades through a dense thicket of stylized blooms and verdant foliage. The piece avoids a traditional focal point, instead inviting the eye to wander through a "scenic chaos" of cerulean, turquoise, and lime.
