Highlighting the mid century architecture of the cinema, Thomas uses flat colours to draw emphasis to this long standing Collaroy institution - its cartoonish approach quite retro itself. Sharp lines cut through the curves of this building, the cars left uncoloured seemingly blocked out from the vintage mirage of the blinking cinema lights.
