Rachel Rae

Colour, movement, patterns, memory, connection are captured in Rachel Rae’s ocean themed paintings. Whilst walking in the landscape Rachel philosophises about the rhythm of life and whilst painting those landscapes she becomes immersed reflecting during the process. Awestruck by the colours of the Australian landscape – The rainbow of coloured rocks, the patterns of the water, Rachel transports the viewer through the depth of colour, the perspective and the movement of the brushstrokes to these moments in time. Feel the breeze, smell the salty ocean, hear the waves and dive right in.
